Brodsworth Hall

“Engaging in a sea-faring life is not the easiest thing to do in a land-locked county, but if anyone is up for that challenge, it is our fun duo, Heuristics, who have a ship’s log full of interesting presentations to share, from signalling and shanties to navigation and knots,” says Jon Hogan, English Heritage’s regional events manager.

As well as the presentations, children will be encouraged to get involved with the displays, retelling the story of the great ship, the Royal Charles, and even roping in parents to help with a family relay in a challenge to capture the enemy ship!
